These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qalbina mobile application (“Qalbina” or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Qalbina, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Qalbina is a self-guided emotional wellness and reflection tool designed for individual use. It is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qalbina. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Qalbina offers content including daily prompts, Islamic duas (supplications), and breathing exercises intended to support personal reflection, calmness, and emotional wellness.
This content is not intended to constitute religious rulings, medical advice, or psychological treatment. The App developers are not certified religious scholars, therapists, or healthcare providers.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the content provided. If you are experiencing emotional distress or spiritual confusion, you are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals, such as a licensed therapist or religious advisor.
Qalbina does not collect personal data through remote servers. All user input (such as mood selections, journal entries, and names) is stored locally on your device.
We do not share or transmit any data to third parties.
You are responsible for the security and privacy of your own device.

Qalbina is continually evolving. Features may be updated, added, or removed at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure or app uninstallation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Qalbina shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App or reliance on its content.
